At their massive production facility on Mare Island in Vallejo CA, instead of building home at on-site construction sites, Harbinger created a manufacturing process to integrate design, construction and manufacturing platforms. With all development under one roof, finished modules or cubes are transferred to construction sites for immediate placement and hook up.
