Chrome Plating & Polishing Building
Complete rack type chrome plating line with (27) acid rinse and plating dip tanks and rail mounted traveling rack hoist. Available with (8) rectifiers for 1000 to 6000 amps, nickel plating solution tanks, plus large quantity of new parts carriers, fabricated steel work platform, plus master control panels. Line heating requirements are currently provided by an Ajax WNG 1500 natural gas package boiler
Polishing Department consists of (8) assorted size double end polishing lathes, Dust Hog dust collection system with SBB-12-B 6 cartridge collector, (3) intermediate cyclone collectors, and associated duct work; Econoline blast cabinet with collector; and assorted product and hanging racks
Complete waste water treatment system featuring JWI horizontal filter press, RO (Reverse Osmosis) and soft water conditioning systems; assorted polypropylene emergency holding tanks;, clarifying, reduction holding, neutralization and flocculation tanks, associated pumps and master control panel

Late model air compressors including 2006 Ingersoll-Rand UPS-50PE-125, 50 HP screw type unit with air dryer; 2005 Kaeser ASD-25T, 25 HP screw type air compressor; 2004 Ingersoll-Rand UP6-30-125, 30 HP screw type air compressor with air dryer
Material handling equipment includes Mitsubishi and Daewoo LP gas forklifts, 2500 & 3000 lb capacities; Crown 30SCTL – 2,500 lb cap electric forklift, adjustable pallet racking to 16 and all with steel mesh shelves, pallet movers, mobile racks and carts
Wide assortment of production support equipment including drills, grinders, welding supplies, power tools, and rotary parts bins. Test and measurement instruments include inside and outside calipers, precision surface table, gauge pin sets and micrometers
