Paper Machine #1

Previously running standard offset C2S grades, C1S, plus fragrance and playing cards, with 134 grades in dull, dull-SG, matte and gloss finishes. Weight ranges from 70 to 148 lb. (per 3300 sq ft.). as well as 30% PCW furnish capability at standard production rates 300 to 430 tons per day and coating weights from 14 to 30 lbs. Fourdrinier measures 159” with Valmet steam box over couch roll. Wet end blended stock screened through (3) Black Clawson slotted screens, 5-stage GL&V/Celleco 350 cleaners, and 3 stage Voith screen matrix. Temperature-controlled 155” SEW step diffuser headbox controlled by ABB and Delta V DCS systems.

Paper Machine #2

Previously running standard offset C2S grades, plus C1S, InkJet, OGR and wet strength. Produces 120 grades with book matte, dull, dull-SG, gloss, matte, smooth & wove finishes, Base weight ranges from 22 to 80 lb. (per 3300 sq ft.). Also runs 30% PCW furnish with production rate of 130 to 350 TBD. Pond width of 161.44” Continuously blended stock screened through Beloit 32-S primary slotted and 24-S secondary screen. Additional wet end components include GL&V M-50 primary and Black Clawson 12P secondary screen, 4-stage GL&V/Celleco 700 centrifugal cleaners and GL&V dilution headbox with BTF central distributor (rebuilt in 2016).

Paper Machine #3

Previously running up to 30% PCW furnish with standard production rates from 250 to 350 tons per day at the reel. Coat weights range from 2.5 to 24 lbs., with standard speed ranges from 1400 ft/min to 2000 ft/min. Pond width of 159.7”. Wet end blended stock screened through a Voith Sulzer primary Multi-Screen, a Black Clawson P12 secondary, and a Voith Additional wet end components include 5-stage GL&V/Celleco centrifugal cleaners, Voith MSA 15/15 primary and Black Clawson 24P secondary screens. Head box features Voith Master Jet F with central distributor. Wet end controlled by ABB Delta V DCS system.
