Previously manufacturing commodity and specialty tissue products for customers throughout North and South America. Tissue stock produced included premium white, mid-tone and deep-colored materials, and made available to manufactures of napkins, towels, table covers, party goods producers, plus airline and food service companies. In addition, Lincoln’s specialty tissue product were utilized in the production of medical draping, disposable gowns, beautician’s neck strips, as well as for industrial applications including electrical tissues

History
Lincoln Paper and Tissue, formerly known as Eastern Pulp & Paper Corporation was founded in 1882, previously provided tissue products for customers throughout the Western Hemisphere. In 2004, the name was changed in and changed its name to Lincoln Paper and Tissue, LLC in May 2004. On September 28, 2015, Lincoln Paper and Tissue filed a voluntary petition for reorganization under Chapter 11 in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine. The decision to close the factory was confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court on November 13, 2015.

Inspections available on Friday, April 15, Saturday, April 16, and Monday April 18 from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. or by appointment.
