Note: Due to liability concerns of the owner of the real estate, CRG and Rabin Worldwide have selected Carolina Piping & Rigging (CP&R) to be the exclusive removal contractor at the Medicia auction.

CP&R will invoice the amounts indicated below to the winning bidders. The indicated amounts cover the cost of disconnect and loading onto a truck or into a container. Additional costs for special rigging requirements such as skidding or crating, will be negotiated by Buyer and CP&R. In some instances, CP&R may offer a discount to buyers of multiple items, such as tanks and pumps.

For those buyers who want to remove purchased items at their own cost, they will be permitted to do so provided they can “carry out” or “easily roll out” their purchases. The removal of items requiring forklifts or pallet movers must be handled by CP&R.
