• (3) Krones bottle-making & filling lines (400 to 600 bpm): with S16 & S20 Coniform blow molders, Krones volumetric filler/cappers, Krones sleeve wrapper, Kisters tray packers, Arpac overwrappers, Domino Amjet laser coders, and Sentry conveyor systems
• 2.5 Gallon bottle-making & packaging line (running 50 bpm): late model installation includes 2006 ADS 3 cavity blow molder, handle applicator, 2009 Sacmi spot labeler, rotary and inline fillers, 2009 Meypack case packer, Sentry conveyor system
• Water processing & purifying department: partial listing includes new Feldmeir Likwifier, 1000 gal to 25,000 gal batching and storage tanks, GE Osmonics & Biolab RO systems, SS water filtration units, 3 tank CIP system, Waukesha & TriClover pumps
• 200,000 sq ft warehouse & distribution building: featuring 2012 Alvey 891 Integrated case palletizers, Orion pallet wrappers, 1100 pallet position drive in pallet & flow racking systems, Toyota & Crown electric pallet trucks, Tennant floor machines & Genie manlift
• Facility & general plant equipment: 450 hp high pressure A/F compressed air set for blow molding operation, Kaeser screw compressor for general plant needs, 2009 Miura process package boiler system, maintenance shop with Hass TM-1 machining center for blow molding alterations

Previous production rate generated a weekly yield of over 15 million bottles, in 24 pack cases, generating approximately 650 cases per week.
