2019 Fogg 1 Gallon Rotary Filler
Fogg 30-Valve Rotary Filler, installed new in 2020, s/n 836-76-5-19, hot and cold fill capabilities with currently set at 110 bpm, with 8 screw capping heads, 60″ dia. product bowl with level-no cap-bottle down sensor, clean room enclosure /guarding with bottom skirting, with AB Powerflex 525 VFD drives, Compact Logix controller, and Panel-View HMI. Complete with pneumatic cap sorting and dispensing system with orientor, cap conveyor system, + 18′ long table top feed/discharge conveyor with 3-1/2” slat belt and bottle stop.
