Vegetable Processing Lines

• Onion peeling, slicing, dicing and blanching line
• DCA onion round extruder with Heat & Control bread and batter line
• Heat & Control hot oil cooker with heat exchanger
• 2013 Oberline belt type oil filter
• Complete H&C batter & breading line for zucchini and green beans
• Key shakers, sizers, pumps, plus mobile sanitary belt conveyors

Freezing & Frozen Product Re-pack System

• (2) York spiral freezers with dedicated CIP system
• Frozen product accumulation bins with conveying
• All stainless dump, metering & blending system
• Frozen block breaker, product bins & dump hoppers
• Plus network of H&C Fastback conveyors to packaging

(6) Bagging, Packing & Case Palletizing Lines

• Ishida 14 & 16 head all stainless weighers
• Hayssen form, fill & seal baggers (as late as 2011)
• Blue Print Auto case loaders with Wexxar erectors
• Fanuc Robotic case palletizing systems
• Loma IQ metal detectors and Wulftec auto pallet wrapper

Factory Support Equipment

• P-Tec 200 GPM waste water system (new in 2009)
• Air compressors, boilers, hydraulic power skids
• Trinity 30,000 gallon LP gas tank with mix station
• Maintenance shop, spare parts, and QC laboratory
