Prescott Brewing Company
Background: Prescott Brewing Company, a popular and bustling Arizona restaurant, and brewhouse made the decision to sell its unused equipment. A location offsite from their ongoing operation housed surplus assets no longer needed to support their ongoing business. A broker was hired and both the assets and real estate were listed. After a significant time in the market, Rabin was approached to help find a turnkey buyer for both the real estate and brewery assets, whether by complete purchase or auction.
Result: Immediately upon being engaged, the Rabin team launched a full marketing outreach campaign to target turnkey buyers. Having conducted several recent successful brewery auctions and turnkey sales, Rabin had a rich customer base eager for breweries to come available. Within two weeks of launching the promotion, two viable buyers were found. The final buyer is taking over both the property and the entire operation, creating a new business in the community.
