Like New Ciabatta Roll Production Line

Sottoriva Artisan Bun Production Line, model MR-8 2.0 zero stress dough series, purchased new in 2016.  Design capacity of 1000 kg of dough per hr. to gently handle all types of ciabatta and Italian rolls, and artisan breads. Line features include MR-8 divider with satellite reduction head, gauging rollers, plus strip and guillotine cutting system for squares, rectangular or diagonal cut dough pieces. Additional components include 250 lb. tote lifter, dough chunker with 170 kg. hopper, flour dusters, PLC controls plus assorted spare parts. Since being acquired, the line has only 258 total production hours.

Glimek Compact Bread Production Line

Sveba Dahlen “Glimek” Compact Bread Make-up Line, approximate design capacity of 2200 pieces per hour with adaptable proofing time. Fully complete production line consisting of type SD-180 multi pocket suction dough divider, type CR-360 36″ non-stick flexible dough rounder, style IPP-300 overhead intermediate proofer with multiple feed systems and mobile infeed transfer conveyor, type MO-881 heavy duty dough moulder with triple moulding head, curling net and double pressure boards. Purchased new in 2014 with PLC controls and integrated emergency stop function.
