Beloit Paper Machine No 3: 304″ trim width at the winder; (33) 72″ dia dryers, 125 PSI national board stamped, Clark & Vicario deculator tank with cleaner system, GL&V DD6000 46″ refiner (new 2011)
Beloit Paper Machine No 2: 240″ trim width at the winder; (34) 60″ dia dryers, 125 PSI national board stamped (grooved rolls), Beloit Super L winder trim winder, GL&V 4-stage cleaners (new 2010)
Pulper Systems: Ahlstrom 1300 ton per day fibre-flow drum pulper (new 2008), with Lamb Wirewolf & Columbia hyd trammel; 400 ton per day OCC pulper with Beloit Belpurge filter
(2) De-ink Plants rated at 450 and 650 tons per day. Operational through Sept 2012, both complete with pressure screens, cleaners, drum thickeners, DI flotation cells, screw presses and wide assortment of pump sets
Power Generation: 2002 Ahlstrom packaged water tube boiler rated @230,000 lbs/hr, with 1400 PSIG design pressure; (2) Westinghouse & GE steam turbine generators, rated 20,000 & 30,000 kw respectively
Plant Electrical: Wide selection of transformers, substations, motor control centers and switchgear; large inventory of electrical components along with spare motors to 1000 hp
Mobile Equipment: Caterpillar and Volvo front end loaders, mobile cranes, heavy duty roll off container trucks, over (30) forklifts to 12000 lbs (many with bale attachments), plus fire trucks, ambulance and hazmat trucks
General Plant Equipment: Complete machine & maintenance shops, electrical & instrumentation shops, bridge cranes to 50 ton capacity, plantwide air compressors, RO water systems, waste treatment plant
New Spare Parts & Supply Inventory: Over $10 million dollar replacement value, includes vacuum pumps, water pumps, automatic valves, gear drives, bearings, steel plate & bar stock, pallet racking and more
