Soybean Processing Department (in order of process):

• Corenco 50 & 75 hp turbo disintegrating mills
• Tetra Pak homogenizer

• AGC pasteurizing system
• Breddo 250 gallon likwifier
• Hydration & vacuum cooking systems
• Soybean presoak system with “big bag” unloading station
• PLC controlled 3 tank CIP skid

Product Storage & Blending Tanks:

• Partial listing includes new Walker 30,000 gallon refrigerated silo (never used)
• (2) Walker 15,000 gallon refrigerated silos (new 2002)
• (2) Mueller 6000 gallon jacketed blending tanks
• (2) Walker 4000 gallon jacketed fermentation silos (new 2012)
• DCI 500 gallon process blend tanks
• Waukesha, Ampco, and Fristam pumps

Retail Packaging Addition:

• All new installation in 2012 with 6 oz. Oystar PKG Tech 2 x 6 cup filling line
• Osgood 4-wide 24 oz. tub filling line
• (2) Delcor Spot Pak 5001 automatic tray packing lines with shrink tunnels and alignment infeeds
• Safeline Power Phase Pro metal detectors
• Mettler Toledo checkweigh station
• Domino A420i ink jet printers and M-Series spot labelers

Facility & Plant Support Equipment:

• Installations as new as 2014, including Kaeser plant air compressor system with fabricated shed
• Cleaver Brooks FLX-300 150 psi process boilers
• Chilled water system with Century glycol chiller and Marley cooling towers
• Late model Electric and LP gas forklifts
• Complete Q.A. laboratory with CEM Smart Turbo moisture/solid analyzer

Use of product formulations and brands can be arranged.

Online auction opening on Monday, July 6th and closing on Thursday, July 9th starting at 10 am. Registration available on BidSpotter.

Inspection on Tuesday, July 7th and Wednesday, July 8th from 9 am – 4 pm, or otherwise by appointment.
